Every job will be transformed, that’s the message from IBM CEO, Chair and President Ginni Rometty. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is underway and it is shaping up to be one of the most significant challenges and opportunities of our lifetime.

Giving a keynote presentation in New York on Tuesday 2nd April, the IBM head also made the following prediction:
“I expect AI to change 100 percent of jobs within the next five to 10 years”Ginni Rometty
IBM, under Ms Rometty, have instigated new ways of looking at employees, including creating apprenticeships for those with computer skills who don’t have a traditional four-year degree.
She also insists that companies move away from centres of excellence to solution centres.
