The very-interesting-to-read report by SSON and AutomationAnywhere, the long-titled ‘Robotic Process Automation: Tactical Problem-Solving Giving Way to Strategic Transformation’ discusses, at one point, the gains that have reportedly come from introducing artificial intelligence into the workplace.

Top of the list of benefits is increased productivity, followed by lower costs, which itself is just one percentage point above third-placed decreased errors. Faster speed to market comes next, followed by agility in adapting to business requirements.

There are other reported benefits too, such as smoother operations, increased customer satisfaction, more interesting human work, and improved analytics/business insights.

All good reasons to get started in your own company with low-level artificial intelligence projects to learn and grow from.
